Unfortunately, exporting and importing ready-made forms is not possible without purchasing the premium version of the plugin, so you will have to create your own form yourself.
This is very simple:
Go to Dashboard-> Stylish Cost Calculator-> Add New-> Start With Template->Food, Drinks & Events and find the ready-made “Food Catering” template.
Click on the “Use this template” button and create your form.

Do not forget to remove this text module after form creation!
