What a joy it is to expand our offerings to those from Central-West Africa with the fantastic food crafted by Ceci Tadfor, our Cooked and Delivered Guest Chef for the Week of September 14.
Cameroonian cuisine (cuisine camerounaise) is one of the most varied in Africa due to its location on the crossroads between the north, west, and centre of the continent; the diversity in ethnicity with mixture ranging from Bantus, Semi-bantus and Shua-Arabs. Added to this is the influence of German colonialisation and later the French and English annexation of different parts of the country.
Your chef-prepared meal will be ready for pick up or delivery on Monday, September 14 – fully cooked and prepared so you can heat it up for dinner that night or freeze to enjoy later in the week. Choose a delivery time-slot of 12-2pm, 2-4pm, or 4-6pm or Pick Up 4-6pm.
